In the 'load game' window, where a screenshot of the saved game you want to load is displayed, there is now a duplicate shot of the entire load-game window, with the screenshot of your actual saved game in the upper rt corner behind a message window - which of course is too small to actually read. Games saved in this window prior to installing the patch, are not affected.

I could email my sceenshot, but I'm guessing you'll have it as well, and just haven't noticed. Again - it makes *no difference* to gameplay, and I'm over the moon with the new 'no waiting' feature so good job! Quirk on!
