Hey guys I stumbled upon this site trying to find a fix for the long wait times however I see you guys don't have a fix for it. Lucky for you I'm a programmer and specialize in debugging The problem is related to one of the procedures in cshell.dll The procedure is actually quite useless so basically I made it so it skips it. Here is the cshell.dll that I've patched: http://rapidshare.com/files/131595167/cshell.rar.html Replace the cshell.dll in your \Might and Magic IX\data\ directory.
