| Liches are arrogant, solitary people, who don't have much time for each other, let alone other people. So nobody gives the lich promotion, you decide on that yourself. Your character's candidacy for the rank becomes official when he/she drinks the Potion of Defedation, and no-one but a scholar with no other candidacies will drink that - try it! |
