Hi! I had the same problem,and managed to slow delay to 5 sec. Delay was about >1 minute,and i have Geforce 8500,dualcore AMD. From what i've read this problem comes from that the new GPU's do not support DX7 instructions as older vid cards. I found program called DXTweaker: http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/247/mirrors.php Only disadvantage is that i cannot wiev wideos because they are skipped.But maybe some tinkering with program will help.
