Original Message:   This can be corrected.
Leave the monastery, and save your game. Then quit the game, load up Windows Explorer, find the "Minisaves" subdirectory in the MM9 directory, and delete all the minisaves which begin with "Lindisfarnemonastery". (This forces a respawn of the monastery, and its inhabitants will tolerate you again.) Then restart the game reload your savegame, re-enter the monastery and continue as normal.
