There's a messenger in Thronheim city that wants to talk to you, and IIRC -- and I might not -- that has to happen before the war council takes place. If you leave the castle and take the first street to your right you'll be on the street where the game places him. I made it easier for him to find you in the 1.3 patch, but in the original version he has to see you. Also, people often don't look this far back for new posts. If my suggestion didn't help then create a new post stating the problem. I hope you're enjoying the game. Cheers! |
