You don't need a save game from before you talked to the woman. Any saved game after you talked to her but before you talked to the green man the last time will do. In other words, any file where the quest was still active. You might have one of those. Or I can fix it for you. Send me a copy of you latest saved.HDR file and I'll edit it real quickly.
