I checked the savegames I happen to have stored and there are no +5 darts with any of these parties (however I can now tell you the names of the +3 Axe Drow-cleaver, +3 Short sword Slicer, +4 longsword Slasher and + 5 longsword Severious). I have in my notes an annotation that there are 5 darts and a scroll to be found in one location on level 9, but this is too vague to dwell upon. I can`t remember any quests other than from the dwarves on level 5, but these only grants you the Wand of Silvias eventually, iirc?
