Original Message:   Yes, this is a known bug.
Save your game outside Frosgard City, exit the game, and use Windows Explorer to delete all the minisaves starting "Frosgardcity" from the "Minisaves" folder. Then just reload the game and load your savegame. You should have no problem - until it happens again! But at least, next time you'll know the cure.
