...as my characters got to higher levels I noticed stuff in the shops seemed to be getting a lot better. But then, I was cruising around in tougher neighbourhoods. When I went back to Sturmford and Drangheim, where the game opens, I saw they were still selling the same worthless garbage they'd been selling at the start of the game. So I figured it must be higher level items in the higher level neighbourhoods. But then kkc says they sell exactly the same items all the time, and that's not how it looked to me.
