There was quite some discussion about the full sets of weapons & armour when the game first came out. Not many conclusions were reached because at that time it was quite difficult to get the whole set of anything, but there was a strong suspicion that most of these were broken. Certainly the individual items didn't seem to behave properly in at least some cases. And some of them I wouldn't want to use anyway - Fre's Mace is picayune compared to Spencer's Obedience, for example, and you'd have to go a long way to find a better helm than Brongnoker. I was never interested in any set apart possibly from the Death set, and I never got all of those.
