Actually you've helped me to find the solution. I've totally forgot about RivaTuner settings - it allows to overclock and customize video card much deeper than standard DX and driver programs. I've removed all overclocking (with great pity - I've even bought Zalman AlCu-700 to make 1350/620 from standard 1000/500 mhz of GF 6600GT ) and directX settings (just pressed "Default"), rebooted PC - and now everything's OK. But when I'll decide to play something else I'll have to return this all again -.-
