I have a very annoying problem here. Whenever i enter menus (game-menu, inventory, spell-book, map...etc) the game freezes for one or two seconds. My specs are: 3.0ghz intel 4 gf7 7800gtx 1gb ddr2 ram winxp SP2 (somehow i doubt my specs are the problem...) i've patched all the way to 1.3a, and i've installed and player mm9 flawlessly at least five times before but this is the first time on this machine. I run a dual boot with linux, and when i emulate windows through wine and play mm9 i do not experience the same lagg, but wine has many crashes with mm9 to make up for that.
