Screever doesn't reduce experience by 15% - it reduces experience TO 15%. Once you wear it in battle, your character's XP gets reduced and will never catch up. The only thing to do is restore an old save or hex edit a current save. Screever should only be used to touch bones and poisoned barrels. Never leave it on your head. In fact, just sell it. |
