Lich actually did 90% of the damage sometimes up to 8-900hp per spell. I'm not bothering with a Paladin next game...weak spell casting I never used and weaker melee than my Assassin. I also cast Bless and Faith occasionally as well and had Lich cast Pain Reflection...reflecting 175% damage.
