At least, that was the conclusion that Flame reached when I discussed it with her last time. This sort of thing has happened to me in the past with Flame's site, and my experience is that you do have problems for a time, but then access returns. I logged on to it yesterday to check something in MM8 and had no problems, and I've just this minute checked the MM9 page and got straight in, so the site's still up and running.
