go in training hall in city and talk with the man in (maybe there is someone other, talk with who offer you training).
you have to have enough experience to be trained (see the yellow line near the picture, or in inventori near the name experience gained/experience needed for next level).
every time you have a training (you have to pay for that) you will find an add skill point in schedule (second section in inventory from high).
then.. for each one click on the skill you want he grow up (example.. you have a fighter to grow in blade, so click in his schedule near blade, he start with 1, each click add +1)
when 4-7-10 you can talk with the teacher, and he/she will tell you he want some money to teach.
note: more hi become the level of skill, more skill point it needed to grow +1. I think is enough...
