4 points seems to be the requirement for "Expert" in a skill. Is there also a level req? It's been so long since I played the old MM#'s I don't remember. My healer can't seem to get the Priest quests. Probably because the Priest I found at Lindisfarne never showed up for work. I'm thinking he's waiting for my Healer to reach level 20 or so. Please feel free to comment.
