I completed Stumford's Anskram quest - no problem.

I went to Drangheim & got the "Disable Anskram defenses" quest

I've been through it several times. I can lower the drawbridge but something is not done. When I go back to Drangheim the Jarl just looks at me.

Am I missing a switch ??
