... if you enter a location which has a black chest, you tend to lose the artifact it contains if you don't collect it on that visit. However, Klar has written a program which resets the artifact counter, so pick that up from the link below, and run it when your party is strong enough to get through all the locations. It means that you'll end up with duplicates of a lot of the items, but I guess you'll be able to cope with that, eh?
