you must install both patches, in numerical order. And another thing is that if you want to restart the keep, an easy way to do this is to leave the keep, save, exit, go into the MM9 directory, find the minisaves folder, and delete from it anything that says "anskram keep" in the name. This will refresh the keep so that once you go back into the game and re-enter the keep, all the imp ladders and stuff is reset to how it was before you first entered. Then you should be able to clear it out with no trouble.
