There are a couple of fan groups working on their own games, the most notable is MMT (Might & Magic Tribute). And UbiSoft is coming out with a couple of new games, one is HOMMV (Heroes of Might & Magic 5) and the other is "Dark Messiah of Might & Magic". The link will take you to the offical site for Dark Messiah, and if you are interested in knowing more about Heroes 5, there is a link to that site from the DM one (just click where it says "Heroes of ....." near the top of the page). I don't have the address for MMT tho, sorry. And from all accounts (except UbiSoft's), MMT is the closest to an actual MM10 there is.
