... a shop selling the books where you haven't been for a least a month (I think that's the reset time for shops). Then save your game BEFORE entering dialogue with the shopkeeper. If he/she hasn't got what you want, reload the savegame, and you should get e new selection to choose from. The best place is Frosgard; TTBOMK they sell all the spellbooks, although some of them can be pretty rare. To find the shop, go to the entrance to Frosgard City from Frosgard Territory, and go north - i.e. "up" on the map (I'm not sure what the compass says). You should see the trainer's house on the left, and the spell-seller is one of the two ladies in the house almost opposite.
