They are notorious for driver problems. I wasn't suggesting you try getting help from nVidia directly. The independent forums run by fans are much more helpful. My favorite is gone, but here is a link that might be useful: http://forums.guru3d.com/ Also, do upgrade to DX 9.0c. It might not help with MM9 but it might help with other games.
