I'm pretty sure the problem is in your graphics system -- somewhere in the chain of the Lithtech engine passing info to your video card. I presume that you card has 16 or more MB of memory; that would otherwise explain the problem. That means the problem is probably in the software side -- either your drivers or DirectX.

Make sure you're running DirectX 9.0c. That's an easy problem to fix.

My real suspicion/fear is that there is a conflict between the Via chipset in your motherboard and the drivers for your AGP card. Make sure you're using the latest Via 4-in-one drivers, but you might need to use an older set of nVidia drivers. If it seems as though this might be the problem, your best bet would be to bring your problem to an nVidia forum. I'm sure their folks would know about campatibility issues. They could also tell you how to remove your current drivers and which drivers to use instead.
