Hello, recently I bought MM9 from an offer at the "Free Record Shop" in Leiden (sound familiar yet?), It installed beautifully, but when I try to run it, eiter from the Play CDROM or from the installed binaries, I get the famous: "Please insert correct CDROM and restart application." I've looked all over the Web trying to find a solution, but the "nocd" 'patches' I found all give me a lithtech.exe, that starts up with a small black window, and then a small error window with some fault at an unspecified location.
I have tried the CD both in my DVD reader and CDROM R/W, both with the latest firmware, now, but tat did not get the Play CD recognised. I have no readonly CD drive to install, nor any money to buy one. Is there anything else I could try?
