Like the subject says, i'm having trouble running MM9 on windows XP SP2. Browsed through several fora already, but didnt find an answer, so I just hope some experts here can be of aid here :-))

The trouble is that when I start the game, I get an error stating: "insert correct cdrom in drive", when the original cd's are in my only dvd drive (e. Changing compatibility mode didnt help at all. As I see in the registry there's a key pointing to the dvd drive correctly. Installation went fine, patched it using all sorts of patches incl. Telp 1.3

Could the dvd drive be the problem? erratic copy protection?
