You can't complete the quest now. There's no reward anyway. If you want to reset the quest, delete the LindisfarneMonestery minisaves and then go talk to the head monk. You'll have to find a relic for him and then kill the dragon king again. There's still no reward other than the loot in the 2 black chests.
