You no longer need the capstone, that quest is done. The entrance to the hall of 1000 terrors is in Arlesgard (not sure exactly where, someone else can tell you, maybe Peter2, he knows all that stuff). All you must do know is keep the scroll, and run to the hall - Njam will follow you. Now, this is the last dungeon, all you have to do is clear it out, Njam follows you throughout and occasionally pops up to attack you (usually when you are fighting something else). Just keep going, and eventually you will reach the end where you will defeat him. If you need any tips on clearing out the hall, just come back and ask us.
