I followed your suggestion and did a search on CD\DVD drives with no great results, I'm afraid.
Still, I had already ruled that out as the source of the problem since - following a previous tip - I have copied CD 1 onto my HD and tried installing from there.
I keep getting the same message no mater what I do. I think I may try the second computer option - I just have to check if the computer I have in mind is operational... See ya. |
