I knew about most of the beacon scroll drops that you mentioned, but od course they are all random and sometimes you dont get any at all. I just never tried doing those basiliskes in Thronheim more that once to try for beacon scrolls. I knew about the local TP from Lindisfarm to Thronheim, but not the one from the Isle of Ashes since I never needed it. I always save/reload until I find a beacon scroll in the inside chest there and set it just outside Verhoffin's Tower on the 11th of Jan. I know you can kill the Dragon anytime, but to clear that quest from your quest log don't you have to get the Saint's Relic from the Mage Tower in Yorwick and then return to Leffery Caid in the Monastary. And, also to clear the Paladin quest from your Quest log, I thought required TWO trips to Lindifarn. One to get the quest and one back there to report it's completion. I almost always use a Priest as my Town Portaller/Spellcaster and play a GAGP party. I also don't consider the game complete until I have a BLANK quest log. That may be where I am going astray. Anyhow, thanx for the information, I did find alot of useful tips in there.
