IIRC, you can loot the Training Hall repeatedly if you've patched it up to v1.2 - the advantage is that it's relatively easy to clear the lizard orcs out so that you get XP reasonably safely as well as loot. However, once you've applied TELP's v1.3 patch, I think it only respawns once a month, so under those circumstances, looting the dragon is quicker. Raiding the black chest in the Lich Lab works with either patch.
