Trying to install russian licensed Buka version. After installation and launching game black (not blue) screen. No response to any activities on keyboard or mouse. Still without solution.
You can try to switch out some Windows features. For example, Windows firewall and Microsoft antivirus. If you have SP2, you will be able to see on your PC Control Panel two icons - Security Center and Windows Firewall. Pull out your Internet cable (to be safe) for time and check those two. And I strongly advocate for permanent switching OFF the automatic update option. Microsoft made it as default and at least my windows want to download everything new and checks out the Net every 15 seconds, "is there something we need to download", harming CPU.
