your promotions, just what your team did. Did you actually tell WHO must be promoted when you got the quests? If not, all your characters are still peasants for all the game cares. I suspect that is your problem. Unless you have some promotions left to do in each path, your solutions are:

1) Start a new game and take care to who must be promoted. 2) Hex edit your savegames to add manually the promotions.
