It was a great way to get Artifact sets, but it was pretty cheesy and it was a bug. I talked this over with the lead designer. He suggested setting it to respawn every three months. I knew there'd be lots of complaints from people who liked to exploit the bug so I compromised at one month. That seemed to be long enough to attract a new set of Lizard Orcs. Monthly respawns means that you can still visit several times unless you're playing for speed. If you really want to collect Artifacts, though, you can always delete the minisaves and re-enter right away. The perception brush is only removed if you installed the 1.3 patch before you first entered the Thjorgard region.
