If the trigger for that movie is activated before you have the final quest it will mess it up for later. I'm sorry to say that the only simple fix for it is to exit the dungeon, delete the 1000T minisaves and start again. The monsters will respawn, but so will the treasure. If you first entered 1000T after you ran the 1.3 patch then it would confirm my suspicion that not all of the files were successfully updated. Check the 'PatchWise.log' file in your MM9 folder and let me know.
