This is an npc located inside The Gathering, in Guberland. For some odd reason, I have 2 of them in my game. One is a normal npc, who stands on the ground and says the normal text. The second one is half in the ground, half above ground, and says the same text. I'm having a problem with getting my last item I need from here, the shield, which I guess is from doing the boat races here. I can't seem to find where this event is located. Im not sure if this extra spawn has anything to do with my problem or not. I just thought I would ask and see if anyone has had this problem or heard of it or any fixes for it. I can't finish the quest without the last item needed. I've looked all long the water, read a walkthrough on another site that said to talk to the "guy in the tent" but I've talked to all the guys I can find in any tent, and none of them give me the option to start the boat races. =( Please help if you can, if not, thanks for reading!
