set the screen resolution to 16 bit color annd 1024/728 pixels

also make sure to go into your mm9 folder and click directly on the mm9.exe file. and NOTthe mm9setup.exe file

if you have already run the utilty youmight have to run it again to make sure you disable hardware modes and accelreations as these can all cause problems
