I will send you a zipped files of all the HUD (heads-up dislpay) faces from MM8 & MM9. You'll need to match them up -- normal, smiling, wince, etc. -- and give the MM8 files the names of the MM9 files they match. You'll have to decide about what to do about matching the half-orcs.

You will need to use a graphics editor to adjust the size and format as well. Since that will depend on your editor you will have to figure that out on your own, but it shouldn't be hard.

Send them back when you're done and I'll create an install package.
