| The dark judge doesn't do any evil in settling the quarrel between the elves and the humans. He just doesn't help, and so they go to war. In contrast, the light judge, does help both parties reach a settlement without further fighting. I wouldn't argue against the fact that this conduct is more desirable and is therefore good, but it doesn't condemn the other one as bad in the absolute sense. Bad and evil would be to actively encourage the war, or even worse, to foster it. |
