Actually I rather enjoyed most of the middle part of the game, after I got over the shock of the new interface, (of course that was after I got a computer that didn't take forever to do some things like looting monsters and open maps), but the start was not fun - it takes far too long to get to any training, but after that I was actually planning another game for a while. Then came that tunnel  The only way to describe it in a way to make it justice would get me thrown out of this tavern forever, so I won't try it. Those mirrors are *not fun. The game did recover somewhat after that, but not enough. I might play it again some day - but I have to forget several things about it first.
