So You went to Keith and did the quest to : Defeat the Yobboe gang in Drangheim and return the stolen items... You have another fighter...no he cant do the same quest...but you want to promote him...you cant make him a crusader...so you have to chose Mercenary. You get that quest from Thirfinn Skullsplitter who you will find in Thronheim City Tavern. Only a mercenary can become an Assasin your crusader has to chose either Ranger or Paladin.
