It seems to me like you can't go back to the people who promote your fighters and have them promoted to either Mercenary or Crusader. When I try to promote one of my fighters to Crusader, Keith Bloodaxe has no dialogue option for that. I ask if I can ask questions and he just says, "I'm not here to entertain you." I have one mercenary and I did the assassin quest, but I didn't choose to have him become an assassin and now I can't even find a way to make him an assassin with the dialogue options given. A little help would be appreciated.
