There are additional problems. All the dialog files in each version need to be reviewed to correct the poor initial translations. The system of logic flags needs to reviewed as well. For example, the French version was localized from an earlier version of the game; not all of the original fixes were present. Some very large files needed to be transferred as well. Some localizations use different versions of the game engines. The distributor of the Russian version released a minor patch to make the game more stable and fix some of their initial errors. We had to devise a way for the patch to accommodate these different versions. Some of my collaborators have been nearly autonomous. Very little of my help as needed for the Czech and Hungarian patches. Another collaborator dominated by time for about half a year, but we uncovered several new bugs -- one of them critical. And there's 'real life'. I've got one, you know. It's essential that this hobby retains its appropriate relationship with the rest of my life. BTW, I think you might want to use the 'Last Visit' feature on the navigation bar of this message board. It will bring up all the new posts since your last visit and will make the forum easier to scan.
