His problem was termination due to an illegal operation during the patching of ART.REZ. This problem was fixed by installing in Safe Mode. I made the original patch so that it would be as small as possible. That means that the length of bit sequences that are replaced are smaller and the program has to do a lot for work. This larger patch will require less strain on your CPU and RAM. So try this new patch after you restore the original versions of the files that did accept the 1.3a patch. Uhhhh, it might help to cross your fingers.
