There's one more performance trick you can apply to your virtual memory. It might be worth a try, and it will help with your overall performance in any event. However.... I'll generate a new version of the 1.3a patch using the latest version of the patch generation software. Perhaps the authors have fixed something that will eliminate your problem. Today or tomorrow, I think. I'll let you know when it's posted.
