If you Google for _INS5576._MP.exe you'll find that there are other games that seem to have this problem. Seems to be a Win 2000 problem. I only looked at a couple of the search results but someone suggested this: "this works wonders... just copy the whole install folder to your Hard drive then make a shortcut of the setup file... rightclick... properties... and the Compatibility-tab.. win98 worked for me..."
