In the data files, all shops are listed as refilling in 2 weeks, yet that's not what folks are observing. The designers like to leave control of these things outside of the engine so thry can be adjusted easily, but... Perhaps the refill times were hard-coded after all. I'd love to hear more reports about this just so I can understand it better. |
