I don't know that I'd go messing around with the druid's skills too much. He was supposed to be the bridge between the spellcasters and the fighters. Without having the class tree to look at, He was supposed to be the spell-casting fighter. That being so, he was supposed to be stronger in fighting than in magic,...and by giving him GM in unarmed, he turned out to be really good at it....in fact, right near the end we uncovered several bugs that allowed the druid to have something like 13 attacks per hand every round. We nerfed him a lot, and I still feel like we didn't do enough. In regards to re-balancing all the skills and characters, I'd tread carefully. Balancing is a lot of work, and not all classes will ever end up equal. MMORPGs are constantly changing the way the classes are balanced, and most of the time you end up making people upset. We intentionally balanced MM9 on the easy side....When you've got far too little time to get something done, better to err on the side of too easy than too hard.
