computer amount of memory what OS you use video card, amount of video ram on it and what drivers you use what sound card you use what version of direct x you use

game stuff... are you patched? what patch or patches are you using?

have you run your DX Diagnostic tool, esp the Video part to see if your D3D and Direct Draw are running properly? do they pass all the tests? do you see any notices of problems with your sound in the DX Diag tool, also?
